When importing from Notion, MapOn auto-detects text, number, and date fields, keeping some original formatting. You can still further adjust formats later in the table.

Connected account vs. Public URL

There are two ways to connect Notion data.

Connected Account: requires login authorization, after which MapOn can access all databases you’ve granted permission to through your Notion account.

All the databases you’ve granted access to will automatically appear in a dropdown list. If your databases doesn’t appear, simply click Reconnect to refresh to re-authorize.

Public URL: only requires you to copy the shareable link of a page or database. As long as it’s publicly shared, MapOn can read it, even if it belongs to another account

And it can also use database views so that filters and sorting applied in Notion are reflected in MapOn.

When you select a database instead of a view, the field order may become unordered. We recommend using a view instead, with the format: view name (database name).
